While working for his father, Anthony "Sonny" D'Agostino, David learned home building from the ground up, and as a result he developed a hands-on style that enables him to be involved in every aspect of the building process, from ground-breaking through to final inspection and settlement.

Aside from his skills and craftsmanship, the single most important thing David learned in those early years and which remains a cornerstone of his company today is listening to the customer's voice.
